The property had been on the market for almost 4 years without a single sale. It had been offered for sale during most of this time by a leading realtor. The owner had several web pages published by different providers with brief descriptions and a few pictures. We rebranded and gave the property a personality. We built a compelling web site with a "low tech look & feel" designed to attract the outdoor family.

St.Mary's Riverside Lots are being marketed in two places, on site with signage and on the Internet. The web marketing strategy developed to sell these properties relies heavily on SEO.
